A special-purpose company established by the Bishop Anstey Association to manage and steward a distinguished educational institution. As the registered owner of the land, buildings, and facilities that house Bishop Anstey High School East, Trinity College East, and the Sixth Form department, the company plays a vital role in supporting and shaping the academic landscape of Trinidad and Tobago.

History
Incorporated in January 1999, Trincity College Limited embarked on an ambitious journey to create a premier learning environment. By July 2000, the company was fully operational, guiding the construction and development of state-of-the-art school facilities. Just a year later, in August 2001, the vision became reality as the campuses were completed, opening their doors to a new generation of students eager to embrace excellence in education.
